Vincent F Sibel is a commissioned Notary Public in the State of New Jersey.

Clients are responsible for determining the appropriate notarial act required for their documents.
Identification Requirements
All signers must appear in person (or via approved remote notarization when applicable) and present valid government-issued photo identification.

Acceptable forms of identification include:

The notary reserves the right to refuse notarization if satisfactory identification cannot be provided.
Document Requirements
Documents must be complete and ready for notarization prior to the appointment.
The notary may refuse to notarize documents if:

The document appears incomplete
-
The signer appears unwilling or unaware of the document contents

The signer appears under duress or coercion
-
The signer cannot communicate effectively

The document is unlawful or fraudulent
The notary does not prepare legal documents or determine which notarial certificate is required.
Fees
Notarial acts performed in the State of New Jersey are subject to statutory limits.

The maximum fee for a notarial act in New Jersey is $2.50 per notarization, unless otherwise permitted by law.

Travel fees will be disclosed prior to confirmation of an appointment.
Mobile Notary Services
Morris County Mobile Notary & Signing provides mobile notary services throughout Morris County and surrounding areas. Travel fees may vary depending on distance and appointment location.
Appointment Policy
Appointments are recommended to ensure availability. Walk-in services may not be available.

Clients are responsible for ensuring:

All required signers are present

Proper identification is available

Documents are complete and ready for notarization
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel an appointment prior to the notary beginning travel.

If travel has already begun at the time of cancellation, a travel fee may still apply.
Refusal of Service
A notary public is required by law to refuse notarization under certain circumstances.

Services may be refused if:

Proper identification is not provided

The signer is unwilling or unable to sign voluntarily

The notary believes the transaction may be fraudulent or unlawful

The notary is prohibited by law from performing the requested act
Remote Online Notarization
Remote online notarization services, when available, will be conducted in accordance with New Jersey law and applicable identity verification procedures.
Limitation of Liability
Morris County Mobile Notary & Signing provides notarial services only and does not guarantee the legal sufficiency, validity, or effectiveness of any document.
