Clients are responsible for determining the appropriate notarial act required for their documents.
Identification Requirements
All signers must present valid government-issued photo identification at the time of notarization.
Acceptable identification includes:
• Driver’s license
• State ID card
• Passport
• Other government issued photo identification
Document Requirements
Documents must be complete and ready for notarization.
Notaries cannot:
• Draft legal documents
• Provide legal advice
• Choose the type of notarial act required
Travel & Appointment Policy
Mobile notary services require travel.
Travel fees may apply depending on distance and location.
Appointments should be scheduled in advance whenever possible.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled after travel has begun may still be subject to a travel fee.
